2 lb. new potatoes, halved
1/4 cup olive oil
3 Tbsp. HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
3 Tbsp. HEINZ Yellow Mustard
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
1/3 cup chopped red onion s
1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise

Cook potatoes in boiling water in saucepan 15 min. or just until tender; drain. Meanwhile, whisk oil, mustard and vinegar until blended.

Place warm potatoes in large bowl. Add oil mixture; toss to evenly coat potatoes. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.

Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
Kitchen Tips
Note
If using large potatoes, cut them into quarters before cooking as directed.
Food Facts
The potatoes will firm up once they cool. For this reason, the dressing is added to the potatoes while they are still warm, allowing it to seep into the potatoes.
Special Extra
Add 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley to potato mixture along with the tomatoes, bacon, onions and mayo.
