Original recipe yields 7 servings
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
2/3 cup whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Beat ingredients in freezerproof bowl or container until well blended, then beat on high speed 3 min. or until light and fluffy.
Freeze 4 hours or until mixture is frozen 2 inches from edges to center of bowl.
Line 9-inch loaf pan with plastic wrap. Beat cream cheese mixture on high speed until creamy; pour into prepared pan. Freeze 8 hours or until firm.
Remove pan from freezer 15 min. before serving; let stand at room temperature to soften slightly before cutting into slices.
How to Soften Cream Cheese
Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 10 sec. or just until softened. Add 15 sec. for each additional package of cream cheese.
Serve topped with your favorite cut-up fresh fruit.
