1-1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
1-1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup oil
2/3 cup canned pumpkin

Heat oven to 400ºF.
Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
Whisk egg, milk and oil in medium bowl until blended. Add pumpkin; mix well. Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened.
Spoon into 12 paper-lined muffin cups.
Bake 18 to 20 min. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 min. Remove to wire rack; cool completely.
Pumpkin Pie Spice Substitute
No pumpkin pie spice on hand? No problem! Here's an easy way to make your own. For each 1 tsp. of pumpkin pie spice needed, just combine 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. ground ginger, 1/8 tsp. ground allspice and 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg.
Stir 1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans into the muffin batter before spooning into prepared muffin cups and baking as directed.
