What You Need
Original recipe yields 2 servings
3 cups water
1/2 cup farro, uncooked
2 cups tightly packed baby spinach leaves
1 cup quartered strawberries
1 cup rinsed canned chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
1/2 cup sliced assorted mini sweet peppers (orange, red, yellow)
1/4 cup ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese
1/4 cup KRAFT Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

Let's Make It
Bring water to boil in medium saucepan. Add farro; stir. Return to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 20 min. or until tender; drain. Cool completely.
Place spinach in 2 shallow bowls; top with farro and all remaining ingredients except dressing.
Drizzle with dressing just before serving.
Prepare using KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing.
