10 ciabatta bread slices (1 inch thick)
2 bananas, divided
2 eggs
2 cups milk
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Caramel Flavor Instant Pudding
1 Tbsp. powdered sugar

Heat oven to 375°F.

Spray 8-inch-square baking dish with cooking spray; cover bottom of dish with 5 bread slices, cutting as necessary to fit.

Slice 1 banana; arrange over bread slices in dish. Cover with remaining bread slices.

Beat eggs, milk and dry pudding mix in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.; pour over bread.

Bake 30 to 35 min. or until top is golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 min.

Slice remaining banana; arrange over French toast. Sprinkle with sugar.
