1 each orange, red and yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
dash crushed red pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil

Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add all remaining ingredients except basil; stir. Cook 7 to 8 min. or just until bell peppers are tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in basil.
