3 cups cooked spelt berries, cooled
1 shallot, finely chopped (about 2 Tbsp.)
1/2 cup chopped fennel
3/4 cup halved seedless red grapes
1 tsp. finely chopped fresh tarragon
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) CRACKER BARREL Havarti Cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/4 cup PLANTERS Slivered Almonds
1/3 cup KRAFT Olive Oil Vinaigrettes - Raspberry

Combine all ingredients except vinaigrette in large bowl.
