1 tsp. oil
1 yellow onion, sliced
1 small green pepper, cut into strips
1-1/2 cups shredded cooked boneless skinless chicken breast s
1/4 lb. (4 oz.) Queso Blanco VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 Tbsp. milk
6 hot dog bun s, toasted
1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing
1 green onion, cut into thin slices

Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add yellow onions and green peppers; cook and stir 5 min. Add chicken; cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, microwave VELVEETA and milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 2 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 30 sec.

Add half the VELVEETA sauce to chicken mixture in skillet; cook 2 min., stirring frequently.

Spread cut sides of buns with dressing; fill with chicken mixture. Top with remaining VELVEETA sauce and green onions.

Heat oven to 350ºF. Place buns, cut sides up, on baking sheet. Bake 5 to 7 min. or until edges are lightly browned.
