3 Tbsp. KRAFT Olive Oil Vinaigrettes - Italian
1/2 lb. each button and cremini mushroom s, sliced
1/2 cup chopped onion s
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
30 diagonally cut French bread slices (1/2 inch thick), toasted
1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread

Let's Make It
Heat vinaigrette in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add mushrooms, onions and garlic; cook 8 to 10 min. or until mushrooms are tender and liquid is cooked off, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Add Parmesan, parsley and Worcestershire sauce; mix well.
Spread toast slices with cream cheese spread, adding about 1/2 Tbsp. cream cheese to each; top with mushroom mixture.
Prepare using one or more of your favorite mushroom varieties, such as baby bella, shiitake or oyster.
For a spicy kick, prepare using PHILADELPHIA Spicy Jalapeño Cream Cheese Spread.
This versatile mushroom mixture is also great served over grilled beef steaks or burgers.
How to Toast the Bread Slices
Place bread slices in single layer on baking sheet. Bake in 400ºF oven 5 min. on each side or until bread slices are crisp and lightly browned on both sides.
