What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/2 lb. Italian sausage
1 cup each chopped green and red peppers
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup carrot slices
1 cup OLIVO by CLASSICO Traditional Pasta Sauce
1/2 cup plus 1/3 cup water, divided
1 can (15 oz.) white beans, rinsed
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.), pounded to 1/4-inch thickness
1 cup STOVE TOP Everyday Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Heat oven to 350ºF.
Remove and discard casings from sausage if necessary; crumble sausage into large skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Cook 10 min. or until evenly browned, stirring occasionally.
Spoon half the sausage into medium bowl; reserve for later use. Add peppers, onions and carrots to remaining sausage in skillet; cook 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Add pasta sauce, 1/2 cup water and beans; mix well. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Place chicken breasts, smooth sides down, on work surface. Add dry stuffing mix and remaining water to reserved sausage; mix well. Spoon onto centers of chicken breasts, adding about 1/2 cup stuffing to each. Roll up, starting at one short end of each breast. Secure with wooden toothpicks.
Spread half the pasta sauce mixture onto bottom of 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with chicken roll-ups, seam sides down. Cover with remaining pasta sauce mixture. Sprinkle with cheese; cover.
Bake 45 min. or until done (165ºF), uncovering for the last 10 min. Remove and discard toothpicks before serving.
