What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/2 lb. strozzapreti pasta, uncooked
2 cups chopped fresh broccoli
3 Tbsp. olive oil
3 Tbsp. flour
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups milk
1-1/3 cups KRAFT Finely Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend
2 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding broccoli to the boiling water for the last 3 min.
Meanwhile, heat oil in large saucepan on medium heat. Whisk in flour and garlic; cook and stir 2 min. Gradually whisk in milk; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until thickened. Add shredded cheese, mustard and 3 Tbsp. Parmesan; cook and stir 1 to 2 min. or until shredded cheese is melted and sauce is well blended.
Drain pasta mixture. Add to cheese sauce; mix lightly. Spoon into 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining Parmesan. Cover.
Bake 30 min. or until heated through, uncovering after 20 min.
Serve with a crisp green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Vinaigrette Dressing.
Prepare using 2 cups penne or gemelli pasta.
Stir 1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon into pasta mixture before spooning into prepared baking dish and baking as directed.
