What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
3 Tbsp. chopped drained pickled hot cherry pepper slices
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1 tsp. HEINZ Tomato Ketchup
1 tsp. HEINZ Yellow Mustard
1 tsp. HEINZ Sweet Relish
4 hamburger bun s, toasted
1 lb. lean ground beef
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Butcher Thick Cut Hickory Smoked Bacon, cooked, cut in half
4 KRAFT Singles

Let's Make It
Heat large heavy skillet or griddle on medium-high heat. Meanwhile, mix peppers, mayo, ketchup, mustard and relish until blended; spread onto cut sides of buns. Roll meat into 4 balls.
Spray hot skillet with cooking spray. Add meatballs; press to 1/4-inch thickness with back of spatula. Cook 2 to 3 min. or until bottoms of patties are deeply browned; turn. Top with bacon and Singles; cook 1 to 2 min. or until burgers are done and Singles are melted.
Fill buns with cheeseburgers.
For milder flavor, prepare using sweet pickled cherry peppers.
