What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 lb. ground turkey
1/4 cup chopped drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup KRAFT Finely Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend
3 Tbsp. chopped Italian parsley, divided

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Combine bread crumbs and milk in medium bowl; let stand 5 min.
Add all remaining ingredients except shredded cheese and 1 Tbsp. parsley; mix just until blended.
Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Shape turkey mixture into 4 small loaves; place on prepared baking sheet.
Bake 15 to 20 min. or until done (160ºF), topping with shredded cheese for last 5 min. Sprinkle with remaining parsley.
Prepare using regular (non oil-packed) sun-dried tomatoes. Soak them in oil as directed on package before using as directed.
