What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 lb. lean ground beef
5 saltine crackers, crushed
1 egg, beaten
2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup KRAFT Finely Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend, divided
1/2 cup OLIVO by CLASSICO Traditional Pasta Sauce, divided
3 Tbsp. chopped Italian parsley, divided

Heat oven to 350ºF.
Mix meat, cracker crumbs, egg, garlic, 1/4 cup each cheese and pasta sauce, and 2 Tbsp. parsley just until blended.
Shape into 4 small loaves on foil-covered rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 22 to 26 min. or until done (160ºF), topping with remaining pasta sauce and cheese for last 5 min. Sprinkle with remaining parsley.
Serve with a steamed green vegetable, such as broccoli, and glass of fat-free milk.
Substitute KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese for the Five Cheese Blend.
