3 cups water
1 cup farro, uncooked
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups tightly packed stemmed fresh kale, cut into strips
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
zest and juice from 1/2 lemon

Bring water and farro to boil in saucepan; simmer on medium-low heat 30 min. or until farro is tender and water is absorbed, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, cook and stir bacon in large nonstick pan on medium until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels. Discard all but 1 Tbsp. drippings from skillet.

Add onions and garlic to reserved drippings; cook 4 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Add kale; stir. Cook 5 min. or until tender, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.

Add farro to kale mixture in skillet along with the cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice and bacon; mix lightly.
