Enjoy some small peppers with big flavor in our Herbed Mini Sweet Pepper Dip. This super delicious sweet pepper dip is super easy to make.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 16 servings
2 tsp. olive oil
5 assorted mini sweet peppers (orange, red, yellow), coarsely chopped
1 container (8 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/2 cup ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
1/2 tsp. chopped fresh thyme

Let's Make It
Heat oil in medium skillet on medium heat. Add peppers; cook 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
Spoon into medium bowl; cool completely.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Substitute 1-1/2 cups chopped red bell peppers for the 5 chopped mini sweet peppers.
Omit chives and thyme. Prepare recipe using ATHENOS Crumbled Feta Cheese with Garlic & Herb.
For more flavor, refrigerate dip at least 1 hour, or up to 24 hours, before serving.
