Bake 25 to 30 min. or until wings are done, turning after 15 min. Transfer to large bowl.
Microwave VELVEETA and milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec. to 1 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and sauce is well blended, stirring every 20 sec. Stir in Italian seasoning and remaining garlic powder.
Pour VELVEETA sauce over wings; toss until evenly coated.
Cover baking sheet with foil before spraying with cooking spray and using as directed. Discard foil after removing the baked wings.
