Original recipe yields 20 servings
2 Tbsp. boiling water
2 Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee
1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate, broken into small pieces
3/4 cup butter
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour
1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S White Chocolate, divided

Heat oven to 350°F.

Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray.

Add boiling water to coffee in large microwaveable bowl; stir until dissolved. Add unsweetened chocolate and butter. Microwave on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add sugar; mix well. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour.

Chop half the white chocolate; stir into batter. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake 40 to 50 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool completely.

Melt remaining white chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over brownie. Let stand until firm. Use foil handles to remove brownie from pan before cutting to serve.
