What You Need
Original recipe yields 20 servings
10 graham crackers, finely crushed (about 1-1/2 cups)
1/2 cup sugar, divided
1/2 cup butter, melted
1-1/2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese (12 oz.), softened
1 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
2 Tbsp. milk
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
4 cups thin fresh peach slices
1 cup boiling water
1 pkg. (6 oz.) JELL-O Peach Flavor Gelatin
1 cup cold water

Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine graham crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan. Bake 10 min. Cool.
Beat cream cheese, coconut, milk and remaining sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Gently stir in COOL WHIP; spread over crust. Top with peaches, overlapping slices as necessary to form even layer on crust.
Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Pour over peaches. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, fat-free milk and COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping.
Prepare using 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Peach Gelatin.
