1 seedless baby watermelon (about 5 lb.), cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. plain nonfat Greek-style yogurt
zest and juice from 1 lime
1 Tbsp. honey

Cut rinds off watermelon slices, then cut fruit into 36 (2-inch) triangles; place in single layer on platter. Reserve remaining watermelon for another use. (See tip.)

Mix Neufchatel, yogurt, lime zest and juice until blended; spoon onto watermelon pieces, adding about 1 tsp. to each.
