What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
1 lb. lean ground beef
4 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, finely chopped
1/3 cup ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese
1/2 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Cracked Pepper Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
8 mini pretzel sandwich rolls, split
1 cup tightly packed spring lettuce mix

Let's Make It
Heat grill to medium heat.
Mix ground beef and bacon just until blended; shape into 8 meatballs. Insert about 1-1/2 tsp. blue cheese into center of each meatball, pressing meat mixture around cheese to completely enclose cheese. Flatten each into 1/2-inch-thick patty.
Grill 3 to 5 min. on each side or until done (160ºF).
Spread garlic aioli onto bottom halves of rolls; cover with burgers, lettuce and tops of buns.
Prepare using extra-lean ground beef or ground turkey.
