4 lamb loin chops (1 lb.)
1 tsp. A.1. Dry Rub Cracked Peppercorn
1/2 cup halved grape tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped cucumbers
1/2 cup ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
1/4 cup KRAFT Olive Oil Vinaigrettes - Balsamic

Heat grill pan sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat.

Sprinkle Dry Rub evenly onto both sides of chops; gently rub into chops.

Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (160ºF). Remove chops from pan. Let stand 5 min.

Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients.

Serve chops over tomato mixture.
