1 Tbsp. butter
3 sweet onions, sliced (about 4 cups)
1 cup fat-free reduced-sodium beef broth
3 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
2 lb. extra-lean ground beef
1 cup dry bread crumbs
6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 eggs, beaten
8 slices KRAFT Big Slice Smoky Bacon Cheddar Cheese Slices, cut in half

Melt butter in medium skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook 8 to 10 min. or until golden brown, stirring frequently. Stir in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce; bring to boil. Cook 8 to 10 min. or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally; cool.

Heat oven to 375°F. Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, bacon, parsley, eggs and half the onion mixture just until blended. Shape into 8 small loaves.

Place on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake 25 to 28 min. or until done (160ºF). Top with cheese and remaining onions; bake 5 min. or until cheese is melted.

Serving Suggestion
Serve with 1/2 cup of your favorite cooked pasta and 1/2 cup of sautéed vegetables to round out the meal.
Variation
Cook onions, then mix half the onion mixture with meat mixture as directed. Press half the meat mixture evenly onto bottoms of 24 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray. Top with remaining onion mixture, then remaining meat mixture. Bake in 375°F oven 14 to 17 min. or until meatloaves are done (160ºF). Top with cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.
Special Extra
Garnish with additional parsley before serving.
