Let's Make It
Heat oven to 375°F.
Cover baking sheet with parchment. Insert 12-inch wooden skewer into one end of each wiener, extending skewer 1-1/2 inches beyond opposite end of wiener.
Unroll dough into 2 rectangles on work surface; firmly press perforations together to seal. Cut each rectangle crosswise into 5 strips. Starting at bottom of each skewered wiener, wrap 1 dough strip, in spiral fashion, around wiener. Place, seam sides down, on prepared baking sheet.
Bake 13 to 16 min. or until dough is golden brown; cool slightly. Meanwhile, cut cheese horizontally into 3 slices, about 1/4-inch thick. Use 1-1/4-inch cookie cutter to cut 10 star-shaped pieces out of cheese. Reserve cheese trimmings for another use. (See tip.)
Thread 1 cheese star onto end of each skewer. Serve with ketchup and mustard.
How to Use the Cheese Trimmings
Refrigerate cheese trimmings to enjoy as a quick snack. Or, chop them up and use to prepare your favorite casserole recipe.
