Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 lb. ground turkey
1 pkg. (1 oz.) TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix
2 cups water
1/2 cup TACO BELL® Verde Salsa
2 cups instant brown rice, uncooked
3/4 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1 avocado, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

Let's Make It
Cook turkey in large deep skillet until done, stirring frequently. Stir in seasoning mix, water and salsa. Bring to boil, stirring frequently.
Stir in rice; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally. Turn off heat. Cover skillet with lid; let stand 5 min. or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
Spoon rice mixture into 4 bowls; top with remaining ingredients.
