4 cups chopped cabbage
2 red peppers, chopped
1 Vidalia onion, chopped
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. ground turmeric

Let's Make It
Bring ingredients to boil in saucepan, stirring frequently.
Simmer on medium-low heat 1 hour or until cabbage is tender and most the liquid is cooked off, stirring occasionally. Cool.
Spoon into glass container. Refrigerate until ready to use as desired.
Substitute 4 cups coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix) for the chopped cabbage.
This versatile relish can be refrigerated up to 2 weeks before using.
