Original recipe yields 16 servings
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1 cup mashed fully ripe bananas (about 3)
1 cup old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
1 cup flour
1-1/2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts

Heat oven to 350ºF.
Whisk eggs and sour cream in medium bowl until blended. Add bananas and oats; mix well. Let stand 5 min. Meanwhile, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add egg mixture; mix well. Add flour mixture; mix just until moistened. Stir in nuts.
Pour into greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Bake 50 min. to 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 min. Remove bread from pan to wire rack; cool completely. Refrigerate leftovers.
Prepare recipe as directed, adding 1 tsp. vanilla to egg mixture and 2 tsp. ground cinnamon to flour mixture before using as directed.
Prepare batter as directed; pour into prepared pan. Smooth top; sprinkle with additional 1 Tbsp. each oats and chopped PLANTERS Walnuts before baking as directed.
Prepare batter as directed; spoon into 12 paper-lined muffin cups. Bake 19 to 22 min. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.

Prepare batter as directed; pour into 5 (6x3-inch) foil pans sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 25 to 30 min. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Makes 15 servings.
