2 Tbsp. chili powder
2 Tbsp. ground cumin
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
2 racks pork baby back ribs (3 lb.)
1 cup HEINZ BBQ Sauce Carolina Mustard Style

Heat oven to 350°F.

Combine sugar and dry seasonings; rub evenly onto both sides of ribs. Wrap in foil; place on baking sheet.

Bake 1-1/2 hours.

Heat grill for indirect grilling: Light one side of grill, leaving other side unlit. Close lid; heat grill to 350ºF.

Remove ribs from foil; discard foil. Place ribs, meat sides down, on grill grate over unlit area. Grill 10 min., turn ribs. Brush with half the barbecue sauce; grill 10 min., turning and brushing with remaining barbecue sauce after 5 min.

Make Ahead
The ribs can be baked ahead of time; cool completely. Refrigerate up to 3 days. When ready to serve, grill ribs as directed, increasing the initial grilling time to 20 min. or until ribs are heated through, turning after 10 min. Brush with half the barbecue sauce; continue as directed.
