What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
1 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed, cut lengthwise in half, then crosswise into thin slices
1 cup chopped apples
1/2 cup slivered red onions
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup HEINZ All Natural Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar
3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp. honey
2 tsp. chopped fresh tarragon
1/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted

Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl.
Whisk vinegar, oil, honey and tarragon in small bowl until blended. Add to Brussels sprouts mixture; mix lightly.
Add nuts; mix lightly.
Substitute your favorite fresh herb, such as basil, oregano, or thyme, for the tarragon.
This flavorful salad can be prepared ahead of time. Combine all ingredients except nuts. Refrigerate up to 3 days. Stir in nuts just before serving.
How to Toast the Nuts
Spread nuts onto bottom of microwaveable dish. Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 min. or until lightly toasted, stirring after each minute.
