1 lb. 93%-fat-free ground turkey
1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
3/4 cup HEINZ BBQ Sauce Kentucky Bourbon Style Rich & Savory, divided
4 bakery-style hamburger buns, split
8 KRAFT Slim Cut Swiss Cheese Slices
1 large tomato, cut into 4 slices
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked

Heat grill to medium heat.

Mix turkey, Parmesan and 1/4 cup barbecue sauce just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.

Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (165°F).

Add buns, cut sides down, to grill. Top each burger with 2 cheese slices. Grill 1 to 2 min. or until cheese is melted and buns are lightly toasted.

Place burgers on bottom halves of buns; top with remaining barbecue sauce, tomatoes and bacon. Cover with tops of buns.
