6 large plum tomatoes
1 white onion, coarsely chopped
1 serrano chile, stemmed
2 cloves garlic, peeled
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Lime Vinaigrette Dressing
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1 tsp. HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar

Heat oven to 425ºF.

Combine tomatoes, onions, chile and garlic in medium bowl. Add dressing; mx lightly.

Spread onto foil-covered rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake 15 to 20 min. or until ingredients are evenly charred, turning occasionally. Cool 5 min.

Peel tomatoes; discard skins. Place tomatoes in food processor container. Add remaining roasted vegetables, garlic, cilantro and vinegar. Use pulsing action to process until desired consistency.
