Make these tasty Cold Soba Dipping Noodles with KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing. Serve dipping noodles chilled with pickled ginger and wasabi.

1/2 lb. soba noodles, uncooked
1 cup shredded carrots
3 green onions, thinly sliced, divided
1/2 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing, divided
1/2 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. minced gingerroot

Cook noodles as directed on package, omitting salt. Rinse with cold water; drain. Place in large bowl.

Refrigerate 30 min. or until chilled.

Add carrots, half the onions and 2 Tbsp. dressing; mix lightly.
