1/4 cup (1/2 of pkt.) SHAKE ‘N BAKE Crispy Buffalo Seasoned Coating Mix
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup Buffalo wing sauce, divided
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 cup KRAFT Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 400°F.
Mix first 5 ingredients and 1/4 cup wing sauce just until blended; shape into 20 meatballs, each about 1 inch in diameter.
Place on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 20 min. or until done (165ºF).
Place meatballs in large bowl. Melt butter; mix with remaining wing sauce until blended. Pour over meatballs; mix lightly. Serve topped with dressing.
Enjoy the flavorful meatballs, but be mindful of portion size so you don’t overdo it on calories.

How to Use the Leftover SHAKE 'N BAKE Coating Mix
Place leftover coating mix in resealable plastic bag. Store at room temperature up to 1 week. Then, use to prepare half a batch of our SHAKE 'N BAKE "E-Z Buffalo Wings".
