What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Lime Vinaigrette Dressing
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs
2 pita breads, cut in half
1/2 cup ATHENOS Original Hummus
3 Tbsp. water
1 tomato, chopped
1 cup chopped English cucumbers

Mix dressing, cumin and curry powder until blended. Pour over chicken in medium bowl; turn to evenly coat both sides of thighs. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
Heat grill to medium heat.
Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
Grill chicken 5 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165°F), adding pita halves to the grill for the last 2 min. and turning after 1 min. Transfer to cutting board.
Mix hummus and water until blended. Cut chicken into strips; place in pita halves. Top with tomatoes, cucumbers and hummus.
For a spicy kick, mix hummus with 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce in addition to the water.
