3 oz. dry rice noodles, cooked, rinsed
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Let's Make It
Heat 1 Tbsp. dressing in large saucepan on medium heat. Add onions; cook and stir 3 min. or until crisp-tender. Add garlic and ginger; cook and stir 30 sec. or until fragrant.
Stir in broth; bring to boil. Add chicken, mushrooms and carrots; cook 3 to 4 min. or until chicken is done, stirring frequently. Add noodles, cilantro and remaining dressing; mix well.
Sprinkle with nuts.
Season with Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce) to taste. Serve with lime wedges.
