Try this Blueberry-Almond Granola Morning Pizza with fresh berries, oats and almond butter. You may start loving morning pizza even more than night pizza.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 12 servings
1 cup almond butter
1/2 cup honey
2 Tbsp. water
3 cups old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
3/4 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds, toasted, divided
1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Blueberry Cream Cheese Spread
1/2 cup vanilla nonfat Greek-style yogurt
1 cup fresh blueberries

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350°F.
Mix almond butter, honey and water in large bowl until blended. Add oats and 1/2 cup nuts; mix well.
Press oat mixture onto bottom of 12-inch pizza pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 13 to 15 min. or until edge of crust is golden brown. Cool completely.
Mix cream cheese spread and yogurt until blended; spread onto crust to within 1/2 inch of edge.
Top with blueberries and remaining nuts.
For an extra burst of color and flavor, reduce blueberries to 1/2 cup, and top pizza with 1/2 cup each fresh raspberries and blackberries along with the blueberries.
