Kitchen Tips
Food Facts
Portobellos are cultivated mushrooms that are the mature forms of cremini mushrooms. They are generous in size (up to 6 inches in diamter), meaty and robustly flavored. Their open gills and large flat caps make them the perfect ingredient to grill then use whole for sandwiches, or sliced for use in your favorite salad or entrée.
Nutrition Bonus
These flavorful meatless mushroom caps are both a good source of fiber, and high in both vitamins A and C from the assortment of colorful fresh vegetables.
