What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/2 cup KRAFT Honey Mustard Dressing, divded
4 ahi tuna steaks (1 lb.), 1 inch thick
4 cups thinly sliced Belgian endive
4 cups tightly packed baby arugula
1 cup rinsed canned butter beans
1 cup grape tomatoes, cut in half
1 cup slivered red onions
1/2 cup each roasted red and yellow pepper strips
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

Heat greased grill pan on high heat 1 to 2 min. or until very hot. Reserve 1/3 cup dressing for tossing with the assembled salad.
Brush each fish steak with 1 tsp. of the remaining dressing; place, dressing sides down, in hot grill pan. Cook 2 to 3 min. or until bottoms of steaks are lightly browned. Brush top of each fish steak with 1 tsp. of the remaining dressing; turn fish over. Cook additional 2 to 3 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork. Remove fish from skillet. Brush with remaining dressing; cool slightly.
Meanwhile, toss salad greens with all remaining ingredients except reserved dressing.
Add reserved dressing to salad just before serving; mix lightly. Place on platter; top with fish.
Prepare using white kidney beans.
For Individual Servings
Spoon salad greens mixture onto 4 plates; top each with 1 tuna steak.
Cut grilled tuna steaks into desired-size pieces before placing over the salad greens mixture.
To instead grill the tuna steaks on your outdoor grill, heat greased grill to high heat. Grill tuna steaks 2 to 3 min. on each side or until done, turning and brushing occasionally with remaining dressing.
