6 oz. lox (smoked salmon), cut into thin strips
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
1 green onion, finely chopped

Toss rice with vinegar; cool slightly.

Use moistened hands to shape rice mixture into 16 oval-shaped logs, using about 2 Tbsp. rice mixture for each log. Place on serving plate.
