Original recipe yields 6 servings
1-1/2 cups frozen edamame (shelled)
3 Tbsp. water
1 can (15.5 oz.) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed
1 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro, chopped
2 green onions, sliced
1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts
1/4 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
1 tsp. lite soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced

Microwave edamame and water in covered microwaveable container on HIGH 4 min. or until edamame are crisp-tender, stirring after 2 min.
Combine remaining ingredients in medium bowl.
Add edamame; mix lightly.
Serve with your favorite grilled meat, fish, or poultry.
For more color and flavor, add 1 chopped red or yellow pepper to salad before serving.
This satisfying salad can be prepared ahead of time. Combine all ingredients except cilantro. Refrigerate up to 12 hours. Stir in cilantro just before serving.
