Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 slices sourdough bread
1 tsp. KRAFT Garlic Aioli
2 KRAFT Mozzarella Singles
6 roasted red pepper strips (1/2 inch wide), patted dry
6 fresh basil leaves
2 tsp. butter, softened

Spread 1 bread slice with aioli; cover with 1 Singles, peppers, basil, second Singles and remaining bread slice.
Spread outside of sandwich with butter.
Cook in skillet on medium heat 3 min. on each side or until Singles are melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides.
Prepare without aioli.
