2 slices whole grain bread
1 tsp. KRAFT Chipotle Aioli
2 KRAFT Pepper Jack Singles
2 large tomato slices
8 fresh spinach leaves
2 tsp. butter, softened

Spread 1 bread slice with aioli; cover with 1 Singles, tomatoes, spinach, second Singles and remaining bread slice.
Spread outside of sandwich with butter.
Cook in skillet on medium heat 3 min. on each side or until Singles are melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides.
Serve this recipe with fresh fruit and fat-free milk for a great lunch.
