Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 can (15 oz.) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed, drained and patted dry
2 Tbsp. Buffalo wing sauce, divided
8 cups loosely packed torn romaine lettuce
3 carrots, peeled, sliced
3 stalks celery, sliced
1/4 cup ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese
1/2 cup KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing

Heat oven to 400°F.
Toss chickpeas with 1 Tbsp. wing sauce in medium bowl; spread onto rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 15 min., stirring after 8 min.
Return chickpeas to medium bowl. Add remaining wing sauce; mix lightly.
Toss lettuce with carrots, celery and cheese; place on platter. Top with chickpeas. Drizzle with dressing.
