What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 lb. 93%-fat-free ground turkey
12 oz. (1/2 of 24-oz. pkg.) ORE-IDA STEAM N' MASH Cut Russet Potatoes
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, peas)
1 jar (12 oz.) HEINZ HomeStyle Roasted Turkey Gravy
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 425°F.
Cook turkey in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray 8 to 10 min. or until done, stirring frequently. Meanwhile, prepare potatoes as directed on package.
Drain turkey; return to skillet. Add mixed vegetables and gravy; mix well.
Spoon into 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Top with potatoes and cheese.
Bake 10 to 15 min. or until turkey mixture is heated through and potatoes are lightly browned.
Cool, then refrigerate any leftovers. When ready to serve, reheat in 350°F oven 20 to 25 min. or until heated through.
