What You Need
Original recipe yields 12 servings
3/4 cup pearl barley, uncooked
1 can (15.5 oz.) cannellini beans, rinsed
1 ear corn on the cob, cooked, kernels removed (about 1 cup)
1 avocado, chopped
1/2 cup ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
1/2 cup chopped orange peppers
1/2 cup halved grape tomatoes
1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Lime Vinaigrette Dressing
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives

Cook barley as directed on package, omitting salt.
Spoon barley into large bowl; cool.
Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
