What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/2 lb. ground chicken
1 cup water
1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
3/4 cup quinoa, uncooked
3/4 cup grape tomatoes, cut in half
3/4 cup frozen corn
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, divided
2 green onions, sliced

Cook chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 10 min. or until done, stirring frequently. Spoon chicken into bowl; set aside.
Add water and barbecue sauce to skillet; stir until blended. Add quinoa; mix well. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 15 to 20 min. or until quinoa is tender and liquid is absorbed.
Return chicken to skillet. Add tomatoes, corn and 1/2 cup cheese; mix lightly. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; cover. Cook 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted. Remove from heat.
Sprinkle with onions.
Prepare using your favorite variety of KRAFT Barbecue Sauce.
Cool any leftovers, then refrigerate up to 4 days before reheating to serve.
