10 KRAFT Caramels
2 Tbsp. milk
4 apple slices
1 pkt. (0.14 oz.) CRYSTAL LIGHT On The Go Lemonade Flavor Drink Mix
1-1/2 cups apple cider
3/4 cup vodka
1/4 cup water
1 cup crushed ice

Spray waxed paper-covered plate with cooking spray. Microwave caramels and milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min. or until caramels are completely melted and sauce is smooth, stirring every 30 sec.

Dip half of each apple slice, 1 at a time, into caramel sauce; place on prepared plate. Dip rims of 4 martini glasses, 1 at a time, into remaining caramel sauce. Drizzle any remaining caramel sauce down insides of prepared glasses. Let stand 30 min. or until caramel sauce is firm.

Place dry drink mix in cocktail shaker. Add apple cider; stir until mix is dissolved. Add remaining ingredients; cover with lid. Shake until well blended. Pour through strainer into 4 glasses. Top with apple slices. Serve immediately.

Variation
Cut the apple crosswise into 4 thin round slices instead of vertically slicing it. Remove and discard the apple seeds before dipping the apple rounds into the caramel sauce as directed.

Substitute
Substitute apple juice for the vodka and/or apple cider.
