What You Need
Original recipe yields 16 servings
2-1/4 cups flour
1-1/2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup mashed fully ripe bananas (about 3)
3 small Granny Smith apples, peeled, chopped
1 tsp. lemon zest
1 cup chopped PLANTERS Almonds, divided
2 Tbsp. powdered sugar

Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda. Beat cream cheese, butter and granulated sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add bananas, apples, lemon zest and eggs; mix well. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well after each addition. Stir in 1/2 cup nuts.
Pour into 9-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with remaining nuts.
Bake 45 to 50 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar just before serving.
Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.
Soften Cream Cheese
Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 10 sec. or just until softened. Add 15 sec. for each additional package of cream cheese.
