Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 Tbsp. oil

Combine flours, sugar and baking powder.

Whisk remaining ingredients in medium bowl until blended. Stir in flour mixture.

Ladle batter onto hot griddle or into hot skillet sprayed with cooking spray, using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake; cook until bubbles form on tops, then turn to brown other sides.

Serving Suggestion
Drizzle with maple-flavored or pancake syrup. Serve with cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon and a small bowl of cut-up fresh fruit.
