What You Need
Original recipe yields 12 servings
2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half
2 Tbsp. HEINZ Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp. oil
1 cup chopped ATHENOS Traditional Feta Cheese
1/4 cup milk
2 Tbsp. sliced fresh basil
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
12 French bread slices (1/2 inch thick), toasted

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 300°F.
Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Toss tomatoes with vinegar and oil; spread onto prepared baking sheet.
Bake 30 to 35 min. or until tomatoes are softened and begin to burst, stirring occasionally. Cool slightly.
Meanwhile, process all remaining ingredients except toast slices in food processor until smooth.
Spread cheese mixture onto toast slices just before serving; top with tomatoes.
Prepare using your favorite fresh herb, such as mint or tarragon.
The roasted tomatoes and cheese mixture can be prepared ahead of time. Refrigerate both, in separate containers, up to 2 days before using as directed.
